Davis County
Clearfield's housing stock is older than most of its neighbors, which means lots of remodels, foundation evaluations, and load-bearing letters. We write a lot of them.
Direct neighbor to our Syracuse office — most Clinton projects are a 5-minute drive. Same-day quotes are the norm.
Farmington has the affluent custom-home market on the bench and the busy Station Park commercial corridor. Both keep us busy.
Kaysville is the high-end residential pocket of Davis County. Lots of custom builds, premium decks, and the kinds of projects where the engineering needs to be right.
Layton is the largest city in Davis County and the busiest part of our service area. We're a 10-minute drive from anywhere in town.
Our office is here. Most Syracuse jobs we can be on-site within 48 hours of the call, and the same-day quote is the norm.
West Point is 91% single-family and built on big lots. That means a lot of detached shops, pole barns, and outbuilding work — and we do a lot of it.
Bountiful has the largest pool of older homes in Davis County. Foundation evaluations, additions, and bowing-wall repairs are routine work for us here.
Centerville is essentially built-out, which means almost all the work is remodels, additions, ADUs, and the occasional infill custom home.
Small affluent city tucked against the foothills above Kaysville. Custom homes, premium decks, and serious bench-lot engineering.
Lots of hillside lots, lots of shops and outbuildings, and serious retaining wall work. South Weber is one of our favorite cities to engineer in.
Small city sandwiched between Clearfield and Clinton. We're 7 minutes away and we work here a lot.
Weber County
Hooper is rural-exurban with the biggest residential lots in our service area. The work is shops, barns, hay storage, oversized garages, and homes.
Ogden has more old houses than any other city in our service area. Foundations, additions, basement letters, and historic-district remodels — that's what we do here.
Roy's housing stock is older than its newer neighbors, which means a steady flow of remodel and inspection work — exactly our wheelhouse.
North Ogden is the fastest-growing pocket of the Ogden cluster. Bench lots, real snow loads, and serious custom-home work.
Fast-growing rural-suburban Weber County. Big lots, big outbuildings, and a steady stream of new custom homes.
Small city, heart of the Roy/Riverdale commercial corridor. Residential remodel work plus a steady stream of small commercial TI.
Established mid-century neighborhoods, steady renovation activity, and the kinds of structural questions that come with 50–60 year old houses.
West Haven was one of the fastest-growing cities in Utah for several years running. Lots of new construction, lots of new homeowners realizing they want to add a deck or finish a basement.
